OFFICIAL RULES 

THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE INSURANCE, RECEIVE A QUOTE, OR SUBMIT A REFERRAL TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

ELIGIBILITY AND SPONSORSHIP: This 25 Year Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Indiana and who are at least 18 years old at time of entry (each an “Entrant” and collectively “Entrants” ). This Promotion and any websites, social media pages, advertisements, or other marketing materials in connection with this Promotion are intended for viewing only within Indiana. The Promotion is sponsored by United Farm Family Mutual Insurance Company, d/b/a Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance (“Sponsor”), 225 S. East Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Void where prohibited. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees, agents, representatives, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and their household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or win a prize. 

PRIZE: The prize is a $100 gift card to a local restaurant in Floyd Knobs. There are a total of 25 Prizes. One Prize will be awarded to one winners (“Prize Winner”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $100. Prize Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is” and Entrants hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to a prize. Additional terms, conditions, restrictions, and/or other limitations may apply to a Prize for which Sponsor shall not be in any way responsible or liable. Sponsor will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained to a person or property in connection with the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Prize Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Winners acknowledge that the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer. All expenses and costs associated with acceptance and use of the Prize are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.  

ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER: The Promotion begins on August 8, 2022 at 9:00 AM EDT and ends September 17, 2022 at 12:00 PM EDT (“Entry Period”) If you wish to enter the Promotion, like and comment on the pinned post at the top of Chuck Winn’s Facebook page; and/or fill out this form (each an “Entry” and collectively, “Entries”). You may like the post and fill out the form for two chances to win a Prize.  

DRAWING/ODDS: All eligible Entries collected during the Entry Period will be entered into one of 25 random drawings that will take place on or about September 17, 2022 at the Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Promotion and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Prize Winners will be notified via email or Facebook comments. Inability of Sponsor to contact a Prize Winner will be notified via email or Facebook comments. Inability of Sponsor to contact a Prize Winner within seventy-two (72) hours after selection may result in disqualification of that Prize Winner and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected in a random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be picked up by the Prize Winner by any means necessary within seven (7) days after the Prize Winner has been notified and accepted the Prize. If a Prize is unable to be picked up, then the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize and another Prize Winner will be randomly drawn. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Promotion.  

PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY: Except where prohibited by law, Prize Winners grant to the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their names, character, photographs, voices, and likeness in connection with the Promotion and other promotional activities and all such Prize Winners hereby waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for use thereof. Entry into this Promotion requires Entrants to disclose certain personal information. All personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy rules and practices at www.infarmbureau.com/company/privacy notice. Prize Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and a publicity release, which must be properly executed and returned to Sponsor within 3 days of receipt. If these release documents are not returned properly executed or are returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, or if a Prize Winner does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, such Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize. 

GENERAL TERMS: Sponsor will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, an Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules 

and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any Entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned, or infected by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of any Entrant, technical failure, or any other cause which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant, modify the method of entering the Promotion, and/or cancel, terminate, or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Promotion if an insufficient number of Entries are received or an insufficient number of Entries meet the minimum eligibility criteria. In the event of any modification of the method of entering the Promotion, cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Promotion, notice thereof will be posted at www.facebook.com/chuckwinn.farmbureau/ and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation, or suspension to select the Prize Winner. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. WINNER’S NAME: Requests for the names of the Prize Winners or a printed copy of these Official Rules are available for 60 days after expiration of the Entry Period.
