DJ Carroll is known as Coach Carroll to the hundreds of thousands of people who’ve been a part of, his elite coaching services, utilized his free information to help their business, or had the opportunity to attend one of his engaging and dynamic shows. In his own life, he has embraced the role of entrepreneur, starting and growing strong businesses and then selling them—just to start on another exciting venture. He finds the energy, skills, and passion for growing businesses to be something that he is constantly eager to experience. There is always an opportunity nearby, for anyone willing to put in the focused work and effort—and that has always been a quality DJ has possessed. Because of this, he has a perspective that makes him a sought out expert who offers “real-world” information with an edgy twist.
Amanda is originally from Louisville, Ky, a graduate of Butler High School and received her B.A. from Anderson University. She spent 14 years in private education as both a teacher and administrator. Looking for a change of pace, she joined the Carroll Media Team as an Executive Assistant and last fall took over the role of Integrator.
Professionally, Amanda is most passionate about education and growth-helping others connect to the tools they need to be successful. As an Integrator, she is the connecting element for the team, implementation of systems, and giving room for the Visionary to look up and out for company growth.
When she’s not working, she enjoys time with her husband Brian and their four kids, serving in her local church, music, and crafting.
Andy is originally from Louisville, KY and actually went to high school just down the street from Carroll Media HQ. After high school he attended Eastern Kentucky University where he received a degree in Broadcasting & Electronic Media. After working in a couple news stations he ended up doing some freelance video work for DJ. This ultimately led him to working for Carroll Media full time as the Creative Director.
Professionally, Andy is most passionate about video production and web design. Getting just the right aesthetic is what drives him to do better. When Andy is not at work you can find him playing guitar, gardening, shooting hoops or traveling with his wife Abbie.
Victoria is originally from the small town of Warsaw, KY and moved to Louisville in 2017 with her fiancé. Before joining the team at Carroll Media, Victoria served in the United States Air Force as a Medic on a HAZMAT unit. She trained for natural disasters and any chemical, biological, radiological or explosive events.
You will hear from Victoria as she completes our Quarterly Client Calls, schedules appointments/calls with your account representative and maintains all digital and traditional retention. She is passionate about helping our clients feel like they are part of our Carroll Media family.
Personally, Victoria loves spending time with her 4 nephews and family. You can always find her with a true crime podcast in her ear or a book in her hand. She enjoys spoiling her pitbull, Eggby and spending her days in the sun.
Amanda is from Clearwater, Florida where she attended college and received a degree in Anthropology. She has been working as a Project Manager for many years now. Professionally, she is most passionate about copywriting and streamlining project proficiency to exceed expectations. Personally, she is most passionate about travel – especially to National Parks. When Amanda is not at work she likes getting in her car and just seeing where it leads. Her ultimate goal would be to own a travel guide company.
With over 15 years of experience as a hospitality professional, Christine Henry has a record of always aiming for exceptional performance in her field. Innovative and highly approachable, Christine radiates a warm and open personality. Her greatest driving force has always been the desire to leave a positive mark throughout her career.
As the Virtual Executive Assistant, Christine handles the day to day administrative tasks and provides overall support to the CEO and team.
Away from her duties, she indulges in her island life, her spiritual growth, or putting in some mean workouts at the gym.
